Full Lifetime Warranty

This full lifetime warranty is backed by the integrity of Water Products Inc.
Each piece of your stainless steel cookware is positively warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. From the date of registration, any piece of metal that rusts, chips, cracks, bends, melts, or breaks as a result of normal daily use will be replaced on an exchange basis. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or alterations to the product. Replacement handles, knobs and temperature gauges require a $12.00 handling/processing fee for each individual item.

Full Hazard Warranty

In addition to it's Full Lifetime Warranty, Water Products Inc. agrees to replace all or any piece of your stainless steel cookware if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed by fire, flood, storm, earthquake or misuse, for one half of the retail purchase price at the time of replacement.

Return Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with any piece of your Vacumatic cookware we will exchange it for any other piece of your choice or any other Water Products Inc. product. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
