Quick Change Filters

CBR (Carbon Block Resin) Use to remove chlorine taste/odour and lead or cadmium from tapwater.  Carbon briquette media filters down to 0.5 microns and will remove fine sediments and chlorine.  Impregnated resin material removes heavy metals such as lead from water. 

Call it anything you want: Easy Change, Quick Connect, Push and Lock or Twist and Pull; any of these descriptions are accurate. Our new Quick Connect Filter utilizes a permanent mounting bracket with a machined socket that is designed to receive the disposable filter and housing capsule. To remove the filter capsule, simply twist it counterclockwise then and pull out. Installing a new capsule is equally fast; insert the capsule into the socket, push and turn it clockwise. Two tabs on the capsule's neck lock with the socket to insure perfect alignment. Three 0-ring seals located just above the lock tabs work to create a leakproof seal.

Our Quick Connect Filter provides both convenience and quality for the end user. The plastic capsule and its internal filter form a single unit which is disposable after use. Choose your filter from three grades of the same carbon media we offer in cartridge form: 

The Quick Connect Filters are made from FDA grade materials and meet NSF standard #42 for chemical and chlorine removal. Their service flow rate is from 0.5 to 1.9 gallons per minute and the capacity for chlorine removal is 500 US gallons. Connections are 1/4" MNPT and the pressure range is 30 to 125 psi. Replacement filter capsules and mounting bracket assemblies are readily available.
